Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During festive seasons, sales, product launches, or peak demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders as announced on our website from time to time.

Packaging

At Hue nest Candles, every order is carefully packed to ensure your handcrafted candles, wax sachets, and gift hampers arrive in perfect condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance are normal and do not affect product quality.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Hue nest Candles is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging

We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
